I've got this old Rightway 400 GPS device that's been modified to allow access to the desktop of it's Windows CE 5.0 OS. I thought this is great! I can install VLC or something and use it as a Mp3/mp4 player.but nothing is installing, even websites that claim their software is for pocket PC or windows mobile 5, none of this is workingis there a program that I'm supposed to install first to allow others to work? I'm confused as to what to do.one program did install with a.cab file, but then the app wouldn't run.I found the nightly builds for VLC Windows CE version, but none of them worked either.I'm really confused, does anyone know how to fix this?
