I spent 8 mos in Bridgewater State Hospital charged with 6 offenses. Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Assault and Battery on a Person Over 60 (felony), Resisting Arrest, Abusing a Police Animal, Disorderly Conduct and (one more I can't remember). The police threw the book at me despite the fact I had never been arrested. If convicted of everything I could have gotten 10 years in prison. The felony was the real problem. When I got to Bridgewater I was declared incompetant to stand trial and committed for 6 mos. I was forced to take medication.

I was transferred to Lemuel Shattuck Hospital in Jan 2015 after they committed me for another year. They could have held me for 5 years without a trial by just declaring me incompetent. They call this the half-max. It's half of whatever the total sentence would be. While in Bridgewater I began directing people to my websites that were still up at the time. I think this is why I was transferred to Shattuck.

I believe it was false arrest and false imprisonment. I wonder if there are any records at Quincy District Court at all. I was held in Shattuck until Dec 2015. At some point, and I don't know why, the felony was dropped and the half-max was reduced to 15 mos. Everything was dropped in Sept 2015 because I did the half-max. Below is some things I wrote in Bridgewater.June 4, 2014-I was informed Sunday by my mother that she has taken a Restraining Order out against me.

I called her and technically violated it. She got the order on Friday May 30 and I called on Sunday June 2.

Bridgewater did not tell me about it until Tuesday. It was good for a week.

I have never been a threat to my mother and there was no need for it. She has been befriended by a woman Weymouth police officer who convinced her to do it. Can you say 'rolling stone'? 24/7/365 Illegal surveillance. I don't really know why or who. I suspect some of the new neighbors on the street are involved. Proving it is probably impossible. That being said I believe some of the events leading up to the incident on the 11th were not a co-incidence.

It was a setup, entrapment. Sunday May 11, 2014 my mother offered to buy me a clam plate at the Hingham Lobster Pound for dinner. She wanted a lobster roll from D'Angelos so we stopped at the one in front of Lowes on Rt 3A in Weymouth and then continued on to Hingham. We ate in the parking lot that overlooks Hingham harbor a little further down Rt 3A. The people responsible for the surveillance know at least 2 things. I always put out the trash and recycle on Sunday after dinner and I sometimes express my opinion of the police and others by spitting when I see them.

I don't give them the finger. That would be openly provocative and possible cause problems. When we got home I immediately rolled one of the barrels to the curb.

One of the new neighbors was driving up the street at that exact moment. I expressed my opinion. He parked in front of his house and then came charging at me repeating 'Do you have a problem?' Instigating the confrontation. Six years of surveillance and I had had enough.

How did they know I was ready for a fight? Synthetic telepathy? I wonder sometimes about the local Police at the bottom but they never did anything but add to the problem. While in Bridgewater a woman Weymouth police officer showed my mother how to file a restraining order. I was in Bridgewater for at least 60 days. Lasted for only 7.

Three people reported I spit and gave the finger at the victim. I spit but did not give the finger. It is possible the person identifying himself as the victims father is actually a Weymouth police officer.

After I was handcuffed he was standing by with a Weymouth police badge in his belt. He was already at the scene before the incident. I don't think it was a coincidence the victim was driving up the street just as we came home. I think the whole thing was a setup.June 27, 2014-I was informed last week that my mother is selling the house on Easy St. We have lived there for over 50 years.

I believe my mother is under mind control and this should be stopped. It is possible she already got rid of the house in Aug 2008. After I got out of McClean Southeast she began talking to a lawyer named Gorfinkle from Braintree and made changes to my fathers trust. I wonder if she signed away the house and everything my father saved while under mind control. She is now in an assisted living facility on Grove St in Braintree. I wonder who's paying the bill.

The land the house sits on is possibly sub-dividable. It could be given a separate deed and have something built on it. I wonder if there are thousands of people across the country who have lost their homes the same way in the last 60 years. It is similar to the problem I face everyday with these writings.Aug 10, 2014-On Aug 6, 2014 I submitted a grievance in Bridgewater State Hospital. I requested to be released based on evidence my commitment hearing was phoney. Since May 12, 2014 I have appeared in court 3 times. Twice in Quincy District Court and once in Bridgewater inside court. The same judge presided in all 3 hearings. I'm pretty sure you can't hold judgeships in more than one county at a time.

The judge was a woman named Minihan. I believe the charges in Quincy are fake or my commitment is fake or both. All life on earth radiates electromagnetic radiation(EMR) as part of natural processes. Human muscles are an electrochemicalprocess. The nervous system is the 'highway' that carries signals from thebrain to muscles. Nerves are also electrochemical in nature. There are 2 typesof nerves. One type sends information to the brain the other sends signals fromthe brain to muscles.

This invention is designed to jam the electromagneticradiation (EMR) of a person to fool any electronics trying to pick up that EMR.Technically when you 'jam' someones radio you broadcast a similar signal, AM,FM etc, at a higher power level than what that persons radio is trying to pickup. You create useless information or noise with the same modulation.

You mustbroadcast a signal aimed at the receiver. This invention creates 'false' EMR designedto mask what other people are trying to pick up. I believe the technology of reading thoughts goes back along way.

I believe it was theorized as far back as the 19 th century. It mayhave existed in one form or another as early as the 1920's. Amplifierssophisticated enough to bring human EMR up to useable levels were already usedin radios.

If you know what the signal looks like it is a simple enoughprocedure to design electronics to make it audible. Today's computers can alsomake it readable on a screen.

I believe this technology exists in bothsatellites and the cell phone system. Everyone is under surveillance.

This is how I think synthetic telepathy (sub vocal speech)works. The nerves in the human body are like the wires in a house. They makeconnections from the brain to the various muscles. They operate by electricity.It's an electrochemical process. As they communicate with muscles they give offEddy waves just like any wire. Eddy waves are magnetic waves that aredirectional and exist all along the wire. They can be measured by a clamp meterany where along the wire.

Unlike the wires in a house every nerve is a littledifferent. Every muscle is a little different. The muscle is also electrical innature and can be measured. To produce sound a person must push air through thevocal chords while the brain is sending signals to the muscles that constitutespeech.

Synthetic telepathy takes advantage of the fact that whether a personis pushing air through the chords or not the brain is sending the speechsignals. Those signals are present at all times. The idea is to figure out whatnerves and muscles are involved with the larnyx and vocal chords andre-construct the signals from actual recordings coming from the MP3 player. To'mask' someones EMR they need an audiosignal of their own voice as close to their vocal chords as possible.

EMR is magnetic flux. This is my understanding of magneticflux. When an electron moves from one nucleus to another (current) it gives offa small amount of energy. That energy is magnetic flux. The EMR emitted by thehuman body is a result of an electrochemical process and is not exactly likeelectronics. To get electricity to flow in electronics you must have a completecircuit. The human body is a little different but it's magnetic flux can bepredicted by the 'right hand rule'.

If you wrap your hand around a conductor inthe direction of the current the flux is radiating in the direction of yourfingers. If the signal comes from the brain and ends at the opening of thevocal chords the current would be in the opposite direction for each side.

Ifthere are 2 nerves. There are 2 sides to the vocal chords. For the right sideof the body the flux created by the current would be going toward the front.And on the left side toward the back. If you wanted to cancel both you wouldneed 2 circuits going in opposite directions.

If you cancel the magnetic fluxat the point of origin it can't be sensed by anything. The vocal chords are in the front of the neck. In a manthey protrude a small amount and have been called the 'Adams Apple'.A woman's chords are smaller and don't protrude but are in the same location.Electromagnets are a kind of natural amplifier. They comprise a coil of wireand a piece of iron. The iron helps to concentrate the magnetic flux producedby the coil. A coil (inductor) stores energy in a magnetic field. Because thecoils of the wire are close together the magnetic field builds up and extendsoutward from the coil.

You can further direct the magnetic flux a little if youput a piece of highly polished aluminum on one side. This 'pushes' it either into your head or away fromyour head. If you place a small coil near the Adams Apple and pulse it withyour own voice from an MP3 player you could distort the EMR coming from thevocal chords enough to throw off any electronics trying to pick them up. The next picture is the I/O panel. I have a power switch,a battery indicator, 3 momentary switches and 2 connectors. The momentaryswitches are for PLAY, STOP and NEXT.

I would eventually like to change thesoftware to make NEXT operate as SHUFFLE. I could record 1000 short sentencesof my voice, and the module would jump around making non sense. The sentenceswould be things I think all the time like “Stop $ Shop” or “Get a slice ofpizza”. I could record the word “and” a half dozen times. I put 2 connectorsfor the hat and the necklace.

There are 6 connections on each connector for atotal of 3 circuits each. Below is the software. You upload the software withan FTDI 5 V DC USB module. You can buy both the Arduino Pro Mini and FTDImodule at allelectronics(dot)com.

The next picture is the necklace. I measured my neck at 18inches in circumference. I then marked out 18 inches on my bench. I started inthe middle where I put 2 coils on each side oriented vertically to counter thevocal chords. I decided that making the entire necklace coils is overkill andwould make the necklace too heavy. I will put one coil about half way on eachside and orient it diagonally to counter any nerve bringing the signals fromthe spinal chord to the vocal chords. Between those I will just have braidedwires.

After the diagonal coils I will put a horizontal coil on each end at theclasp to counter any signals from the spinal chord which is vertical. Toenhance the effect of the coils I want to put a piece of aluminum on top ofeach coil to help reflect the magnetic flux into my neck. I have also decidedto put a 2 coils in the hat with a piece of aluminum. This is a progress report on the Arduino BrainSimulator. The top picture is the new I/O panel.

Thisis enough for only 2 pieces and I would need 16 or 18 to go all the way aroundmy neck. These 2 will be in the front. I cut 6 pieces of perfboard with 0.1spacing, into 6 holes by 6 holes. I will glue 3 of these together to make 2pieces. I will then cut the steel strips into pieces big enough to fit insidethe hole of the perfboard. Stack them so they protrude a little and bind themwith masking tape.

Insert the steel into the perfboard and wrap magnet wirearound the steel. I will anchor the magnet wire by soldering it to theperfboard at both ends. It will end up looking like a very small transformerbut it will be only one coil. I can then connect each piece with wire to make acomplete circuit and cover the whole thing with shrink wrap or electrical tape.I think the current produced by my body goes from the back to the front so Iwant to get the current from the MP3 player to go from the front to the back oneach side. There will be 2 separate circuits in the necklace.

One for eachside. I can orient each piece of the necklace to oppose the flux produced byme. Electrically the necklace will be 2 long series circuits of inductors.Possibly 8 or 9 on each side.

I have been working on the Arduino Hat/Necklace.I mounted a small amplifier to the expansion board. (top picture) It's anadafruit Stereo Class D Amplifier. The small blue board in the middle. I placed2 - 8 ohm speakers on top but they won't be used for the output.

A Class Damplifier has an output that is pulse width modulated (PWM). It requires thespeaker, or equivilent, at the output to reconstruct the analog signal. I don'twant to use speakers so I came up with a new necklace. (bottom pictures) I cut2 small pieces of iron rod about 2 inches long.

One for each side of the vocalchords. It's possible the signals exist on each side but go in oppositedirections. One piece will be wired to the left channel and the other theright.

The Eddy waves will be going in the opposite direction. The piece ofiron will help to enhance (amplify) the Eddy waves like an electro-magnet.

Itwill also simulate the speaker to reconstruct the analog signal. A speaker is acoil that moves a magnet suspended from the outer covering. I haven't triedthis yet.
